To Continue Learning Plans At Home- We offer Two months of Personalized Support
From June 15 to August 6, Heartwise will offer two months of personalized learning plans for current scholars to keep up with reading and math support over the summer. Independent reading and math fluency goals will be separate and, with these plans, if any paper and pencil is suggested on the plans- it will be available for pick up at the center.

Session 1: June 15- July 9th- 1st month
Session 2: July 13- August 6th- 2nd month
